Ok.....so I was sick all day Monday....even resorted to sleeping on the bathroom floor cause it was closer to the commode. Yeah...it was THAT bad! By 5 pm I knew I had a rehearsal that night. An important one because it was cleanup time. I thought...how can I make it there? Also, the director had her baby early....yeah like 3 months early! And there are major complications. SO, I knew full well that the assistant director was counting on me. I called and told her what I was feeling like but that I was planning on coming. My legs felt wobbly like melted jelly and my head was buzzing. I was shaking all over, but I was determined! I went to rehearsal and told the kids not to come near me! Ha! We were going over our "boys" number, in the which I wanted to put girls twirling across at certain times. I had one little girl doing it and she said "like this?" as she twirled across the floor so perfectly. I thought, "man! This little girl lights up my life!"
so...Elsie, thanks for letting your light shine and being that small flame! You totally rock my world and made me feel a whole lot better!
And that's the light in my world....
